FTI Consulting, Inc. declared the appointment of M&A and transactions specialist Andreas P. Stöcklin as a Senior Managing Director in the firm's Corporate Finance division.
Stöcklin, located in Munich, will head the firm's Transactions practice throughout Continental Europe and aid in the continuous growth of M&A, enhancing independent board advisory, transaction due diligence, carve-out, and valuation services across the area. Stöcklin will likewise serve on the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) management committee.

Stöcklin boasts over 25 years of expertise in cross-border transactions throughout the deal lifecycle and offers independent board counsel for publicly traded companies and prominent private equity firms. He possesses specialized knowledge in M&A advisory, concentrating on intricate carve-outs within the telecom, media, technology, and business services industries. Stöcklin has a solid history of forming multidisciplinary transaction groups throughout Germany and Europe.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Stöcklin held several senior leadership positions at Kroll, where he was a member of the global financial advisory leadership team, head of EMEA Corporate Finance, co-chair of the EMEA management committee and the country leader for Germany.
