AITO Plans European Market Entry in Fall 2027

AITO, the Chinese luxury automotive brand under SERES Group, plans to enter the European market in fall 2027, marking a significant step in its global expansion strategy. The announcement was made by Clifford Kang, Vice President and Board Member of SERES Group, during the 2026 Paris Motor Show.

The planned entry reflects AITO’s ambition to expand its international presence while building partnerships across the global automotive industry. The company said it approaches Europe with respect for the region’s automotive heritage and looks forward to collaborating with local partners to support its growth.

In China, AITO has gained the trust of more than 1.2 million customers. The brand also secured a place among the world’s top 10 luxury automotive brands in Brand Finance’s Automobiles 100 2026 ranking. According to the company, AITO was the leading Chinese luxury automotive brand by brand value and the only Chinese automotive brand to feature in the ranking.

AITO’s expansion strategy is guided by its philosophy, “Intelligence Redefining Luxury,” which aims to combine traditional luxury with advanced technology to deliver an enhanced intelligent mobility experience.

Explaining the brand’s approach, Kang said AITO stands for “Integrating Intelligence into Auto,” reflecting its vision of vehicles as intelligent mobile entities capable of understanding and responding to customers’ needs.
