Nokia Names Emma Falck President of Mobile Infrastructure

Nokia declared the appointment of Emma Falck as President of Mobile Infrastructure and a member of the Nokia Group Leadership Team, starting 1 September 2026.
Falck has vast expertise in driving transformation and enhancing performance within intricate global technology firms. She comes to Nokia from Siemens, where she holds the position of Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings, overseeing a global team in product management, development, and supply chain.
At Siemens, she occupied high-level strategy positions and directed technology teams focused on developing automation, software, and interconnected devices.
Earlier in her professional journey, she served as a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group and occupied senior leadership positions at KONE. She earned a PhD in Computational Physics from Aalto University.
