Doosan Robotics Boosts Europe Operations Through Frankfurt Expansion

Doosan Robotics revealed the launch of an enlarged European office in Frankfurt, Germany, to enhance business growth throughout the area.

The inaugural ceremony on May 19 welcomed around 200 attendees, comprising significant European partners, current and potential clients, robotics organizations, and local press.

In 2024, Doosan Robotics launched its European division and formed alliances with system integrators and distributors in major European markets like Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

The enlarged Frankfurt branch signifies the next phase in Doosan Robotics' strategy for growth in Europe. It enhances the local service and training framework while introducing additional features for robotics solution showcases and application creation.

To improve quicker local response, Doosan Robotics Europe is boosting its local repair and service capabilities by broadening support to cover individual component replacement. The business keeps a nearby stock of service components and repair tools to enhance customer response times. If there are robot problems at a customer's location, replacement robots can be sent right away to reduce operational downtime and swiftly resolve customer issues.

Training programs are being adapted and broadened to more effectively assist customers and system integrators. Courses for beginners, intermediates, and advanced learners will be available a minimum of two times each month. The firm will launch a new "Live Repair" training initiative, enabling attendees to take apart and fix real products. With this initiative, Doosan Robotics Europe seeks to boost practical technical skills in the industry, increase training satisfaction, and strengthen lasting customer relationships.

Doosan Robotics Europe maintains a showroom to provide customers continual access to robotic solutions, allowing potential clients to experience them directly, thereby enhancing its sales effectiveness in the European market.
