Langham Hospitality Names Josh Littman Head of Development, EMEA

Langham Hospitality Group has named Josh Littman as the Head of Development for EMEA. Located in London, Littman will drive the Group’s growth initiatives throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, concentrating on obtaining new hotel and branded residence agreements for The Langham Hotels & Resorts, Cordis Hotels & Resorts, Eaton, and Ying’nFlo.

Industry sources noted that Littman has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality development, investment advisory, and planning for mixed-use properties. He most recently held the position of Vice President of Development, EMEA at Starwood Hotels, where he managed regional expansion for Baccarat Hotels, 1 Hotels, and Treehouse Hotels.

While he was there, he collaborated closely with owners, developers, and capital partners to obtain hotel and residential contracts in key urban and resort locations.

Before this, Littman served in high-level development roles at InterContinental Hotels Group and Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, where he significantly contributed to the companies' expansion strategies throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Littman's career has encompassed advisory roles with AECOM Economics, previously known as Economics Research Associates, where he focused on hotel, resort, and mixed-use property planning for owners and investors throughout EMEA, Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America. He also held roles in property financing and feasibility at Kerzner International and PKF Consulting, providing him extensive exposure to the strategic, commercial, and analytical dimensions of hospitality real estate.
