The TVH Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Giuliano Parodi as the new Chief Executive Officer, starting September 1st.
The company based in Belgium, with an expanding hub in Pune and a warehouse in Mumbai, is the global leader in components for off-road industrial vehicles.
Having almost 25 years of experience in the industrial equipment and automotive industries, Giuliano will guide TVH into its upcoming phase of international expansion.
Giuliano Parodi comes to TVH from Yanmar, an industrial equipment producer, where he held the position of Group Chief Strategy Officer and was also a member of the Board of Directors.
In this position, he was instrumental in influencing the Group's strategic course and managing its regional activities beyond Japan. Yanmar is an international company generating around $8 billion in income.
He was the CEO and Chairman of Yanmar Compact Equipment, overseeing a worldwide operation generating around $1.5 billion in revenue, with activities in Japan, Europe, and North America.

Earlier in his career, Giuliano served in senior leadership positions at Bobcat Company (Doosan Group) and Fiat Group.
During his career, he has effectively directed international expansion, business transformation, and operational scaling, emphasizing aftermarket, customer solutions, and value generation.
A chartered engineer with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA, Giuliano combines deep industry expertise with a pragmatic and team-oriented leadership style. Having lived and worked across multiple countries, including nearly two decades in Belgium, he brings both global perspective and strong local connection.

Following a transition period alongside the new CEO, Patrick Lecluyse, who currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Board, will return to his role as Chairman.
