Etihad Introduces Services to Kraków and Palma de Mallorca

Etihad Airways has announced two new European destinations, offering direct flights to Kraków in Poland and Palma de Mallorca in Spain.
The newly established routes are part of the airline's ongoing network growth and enhance connectivity between Abu Dhabi and Europe.
The additional services enhance Abu Dhabi's role as a vital link connecting Europe to various destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, India, and Australia.
Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, stated that the inclusion of Kraków and Palma de Mallorca highlights the airline's ongoing commitment to broadening its European network and providing more travel options for both leisure and business passengers.
He mentioned that the new routes also simplify travel for passengers wishing to explore Abu Dhabi or utilize the airline's stopover program while passing through the UAE capital.
Kraków is Etihad’s second destination in Poland after the introduction of services to Warsaw in June 2025.

The new pathway offers travellers from southern Poland direct access to Abu Dhabi and additional links throughout Etihad’s global network. The service utilizes the Airbus A321LR, which includes First, Business, and Economy classes.
Renowned for its historical buildings, cultural sites, and UNESCO World Heritage designated Old Town, Kraków ranks among Central Europe’s most popular cities and serves as a key spot for tourism and commerce.Etihad began operations to Palma de Mallorca on 12 June 2026, establishing a direct connection between the Balearic Islands and Abu Dhabi.

The path provides travelers easy access to Mallorca and the larger Balearic Islands, such as Ibiza, while also allowing further connections via Abu Dhabi to locations throughout Etihad’s network.
Palma de Mallorca fuses historical sites, seaside scenery, and cultural highlights, establishing it as a favored spot for global travelers year-round.
Both routes utilize the Airbus A321LR, which includes two private First suites, 14 lie-flat Business Class seats, and 144 Economy Class seats.
All passengers enjoy in-flight entertainment, Wi-Fi access, and contemporary cabin designs tailored for medium and long-haul journeys.
