CNX Therapeutics, a European specialty pharmaceutical company, has announced the permanent appointment of Lucy Ralph as Chief People and Transformation Officer.
Ralph joined CNX in May 2026 as Interim Chief People Officer and will now take on the permanent role with an expanded remit covering both people and organisational transformation.
In her new position, Ralph will continue to lead CNX’s people function while assuming responsibility for the company’s organisational transformation agenda. She will work closely with CEO Guy Clark and the wider Executive Committee to ensure CNX is equipped to scale effectively as it expands its presence across Europe.
Ralph brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, organisational transformation and private equity-backed businesses. She spent nearly 14 years at Evaluate, where she rose to Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018.
Following a major private equity merger, she joined Norstella in 2022, taking on the dual role of Chief Administration Officer.

Ralph said the company had established a strong foundation over the past five years, adding that her focus will be on connecting its people and transformation agenda with commercial performance.
