Manifest Global Acquires EduGo Abroad to Expand Europe Presence

EduGo Abroad will join Manifest’s roster of international education companies, which includes Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore.

The company announced that the acquisition improves a “dedicated Europe corridor” to its platform and will expand its reach to students, universities, and recruitment partners globally.

Rohan Pasari, CEO of Manifest, mentioned that the primary countries catered to by EduGo are France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Ireland. It genuinely represents a varied European presence rather than depending solely on one or two markets, enhancing the corridor's value."

The company declared that this choice comes as Europe is slowly shifting from a secondary study destination to a main option for internationally mobile students and noted that thanks to supportive policies for student mobility across the region, Europe has developed into one of the world’s most integrated higher education markets.

Founded in 2009 by brothers Chintan and Bhargav Modi, EduGo Abroad has created partnerships with more than 280 universities and colleges in 18 European countries. The organization has supported almost 10,000 students to date and works with a network of channel partners across India and neighboring regions.

Pasari noted that EduGo is "growing rapidly" and currently admits around 1,000 students each year. That rise indicates Europe’s shift from a secondary choice to the top preference for Indian students,” he remarked, emphasizing that the company is well-known in western India – its “key market.

Through the acquisition, students using Manifest's platforms will gain the chance to discover European study destinations along with the other markets served by the group.

Rohan says, “EduGo Abroad built its position in Europe before the market moved there. Our approach is to back operators who know their corridor better than anyone else, and to give them AI and reach they could not build alone. Chintan, Bhargav, and their team are those operators.”
