Cypher Capital Appoints Arash Saidi as Chief Executive Officer

Cypher Capital, a diverse investment management firm, announced today the selection of Arash Saidi as Chief Executive Officer.

Saidi has acted as General Partner and Chief Legal Officer of Cypher Capital, overseeing investment structuring and execution throughout the group’s investment management and AI infrastructure sectors while directing its private equity operations.

He has over 20 years of experience in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing investments throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Australia.

Cypher Capital, leveraging its digital asset foundations, currently invests in three interrelated domains: digital assets via the Cypher Digital Fund; AI infrastructure, where the firm provides institutional access to opportunities from its affiliate, Storm Group; and unique private equity investments aimed at technologies transforming the real economy, particularly driven by artificial intelligence and robotics.

My focus is to identify and source attractive and differentiated opportunities as we scale that platform while preserving the discipline it was built on.”
