Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has collaborated with Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) to provide plug-in hybrid and electric vehicle customers with access to more than a million charging stations across Europe.
The arrangement includes customers of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar, allowing them to find and pay for charging via the InControl Remote app or upcoming JLR applications.
The application will enable users to sort available chargers by speed and accessibility in 29 European nations.
JLR's director of charging and connected services, Mark Camilleri, stated: “Quality, options, and ease are essential to the luxury experience we are developing for our electric vehicle customers.”
With this new collaboration, we are enabling clients to effortlessly tap into one of Europe’s most extensive charging networks.
With the new setup, charging fees will be invoiced monthly instead of being applied to each separate session.
The charging network utilizes DCS’s platform, connecting to numerous electric charging point operators throughout the UK and continental Europe, encompassing both urban locations and rural regions.

Purchasers of new or certified pre-owned hybrid and electric JLR vehicles will receive a free branded charging card for network access.
Owners of eligible vehicles can obtain a card either from their retailer or through the app.
In addition to finding chargers, the app and the vehicle’s built-in navigation can direct drivers to charging stations for daily use, vacations, or journeys through countryside areas.
The collaboration will encompass JLR's upcoming electric vehicles, beginning with the Range Rover Electric, set to be released in 2026.

Last month, JLR announced that it would prioritize North America, especially the US, as it aims for medium-term double-digit revenue growth and expands propulsion choices across essential models.

The firm announced that the US would join the UK, Europe, and China as a “crucial” market, highlighting that tailored offerings are planned along with initiatives to enhance supply chain robustness.
