Krisp, a frontrunner in real-time Voice AI, today revealed the appointment of Graham Brown as Chief Growth Officer for Europe and Africa.
Brown will oversee Krisp's commercial strategy in the UK, Europe, and Africa, reporting to Chief Commercial Officer Harry Folloder.
Brown comes to Krisp from Capita, bringing almost 30 years of experience in contact centres, with 25 years focused on CX outsourcing.
He has held executive roles at Alorica, HGS, and Teleperformance, with experience in operations, quality management, transformation, client success, and sales leadership.
Focusing on expanding Krisp's footprint in the UK, Europe, and Africa via regional customer relations, channel partnerships, and enterprise Voice AI implementations, Brown will spearhead initiatives to boost adoption among BPOs and enterprise contact centers navigating more intricate multilingual, multi-shore customer landscapes.

Harry Folloder, Chief Commercial Officer at Krisp says, "The European CX market is moving faster than many US companies realize. Operators across the UK and Europe are managing complex multilingual customer environments at enormous scale, and they need Voice AI that performs reliably in live production."
"Graham understands both the operational realities and the commercial landscape of this market. He knows how to turn customer demand into long-term growth," adds Harry.

Graham Brown says, "Krisp solves problems that customer operations teams face every shift, not every quarter. The European market is past the point of experimentation. CX leaders want measurable impact in live conversations, particularly in multilingual environments where communication friction shows up directly in CSAT, AHT and revenue retention. That is what drew me to Krisp, and it is what I intend to help our customers and partners deliver."
